These terms apply when you use this website or buy from SavedCalls. By buying, you agree to them.
What you are buying
The AI Agent Blueprint is a digital product: a spreadsheet workbook, a written guide and related files. It helps you prepare the script, knowledge base and tests for an AI phone assistant. We deliver it by download or email after payment.
Your licence
You may use the blueprint for your own business and for businesses you own. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to a marketplace or pass it off as your own product. We keep the ownership of the product.
No promise of results
We make no promise about revenue, bookings or customers recovered. Results depend on your business, your calls, the platform you choose and how you set it up. Examples and calculators on this site are illustrations.
Third-party platforms and costs
To run an AI phone assistant you need accounts with other companies, such as a voice-agent platform and a phone-number provider. Their prices, availability and terms are theirs, not ours, and they can change.
Your responsibility for how you use it
You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to your business and your calls, including call recording, consent, consumer protection and any rules specific to your profession. The product is not legal, medical or professional advice. Review what your assistant says before you use it with real callers, and do not let it give advice you are not qualified to give.
Payment and refunds
Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated. Our refund terms are part of these terms.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss from calls your assistant handled or missed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Support
We will answer questions about the contents of the blueprint by email. Support for third-party platforms is provided by those platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
